SAUNA
The delicate feel of oak on your skin in harmony with the design of the tempered glass doors create an ideal atmosphere for your relaxation. The Vallantica wellness centre offers you a perfect reproduction of the traditional Finnish sauna, creating an environment with a temperature of 90°C and 10-20% humidity or, if you prefer, a soft sauna with a temperature between 50 and 60°C and 40-60% humidity. The warmth of the sauna will help to cleanse and relax your body, promoting a deep and healthy sleep.
STEAM BATH
With its plate glass panelling, seating in white Korakril®, and colourful lights mirrored throughout, the steam envelops your body with the delicate aroma of eucalyptus. The Vallantica wellness centre offers you one of the most effective treatments to combine relaxation and energy. The steam, which is evenly distributed bringing the temperature to 48°C and relative humidity to 98%, will completely stimulate your body: the heat relieves muscle tension and promotes relaxation while the steam stimulates the metabolism, giving you a burst of energy..
MULTI-SENSORY SHOWER AND KNEIPP THERAPY
The Vallantica wellness centre offers you one of the most renowned treatments, the multi-sensory shower with Kneipp therapy, which alternates colours, temperatures and hydro-massage, to stimulate blood circulation and create a long-lasting sensation of lightness. The Tropical Rain, with large drops of water heated to 39°C, an amber light and the aroma of Maracuja creates a relaxing and soothing effect. The Cold Rain with a green light and lemon scent invigorates and tones. The Summer Storm with a hot jet of water heated to 39°C, red light and tropical aroma of passion fruit regenerates and stimulates. The Cold Mist with a cloud of fine droplets, blue light and mint scent gives an energising effect. For this reason, the Kneipp walk at the Vallantica wellness centre is not only hydrotherapy for a healthy body, but also a sensorial experience to arouse, stimulate and relax the spirit.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL
During the summer months, Vallantica Resort provides a large outdoor swimming pool, located in a point of the spa centre from where you can enjoy the picturesque landscape typical of the Umbrian hills while you relax in the water and the warmth of the sun. Your summer wellness stay in Vallantica can start precisely from this enchanting spot, where nature and relaxation will captivate your five senses, connecting you with the spirit of the place and your innermost self.
